📝 Key Responsibilities
- Review open accounts from the daily Aging Report
- Monitor and maintain assigned account through professional collection and calls (inbound / outbound)
- Ensure timely collection of payment and follow-up on payment arrangements
- Monitor customer payment activity and escalate issue in case of delay or non-responsiveness
- Send statements, process refunds, and resolve billing issues with top-tier customer service
- Identify and resolve account delinquencies in collaboration with customer and clients
- Address unapplied credits and short-paid invoices
- Send dunning letters for overdue accounts
- Coordinate with sales and operations departments on customer account matters
- Maintain daily / weekly trackers and ensure quality checks
- unhold internal compliance and SOP standards
- Support audit activities with proper documentation
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
- Participate actively in learning, developments, and process improvements
- Serve as backup to the Term Lead when needed
- Prepare questionnaires for internal assessments with the training team
